I’ve made it really easy for you to request an appointment with me.  Appointments can be booked online 24 hours a day by using the 'Book Now' button below.  As The Wellness Formula has no front desk staff, booking your appointment online is encouraged.

You will receive an email confirming your appointment.  If you do not receive one, you may not have scheduled an appointment or the confirmation may have gone to your junk mail.
